Guarantee
Amanda Whitehead & Associates Pty Ltd (awa) always endeavours to source well-suited candidates and guarantees all placements. Should a senior permanent candidate placement (over $150K) prove unsuccessful within a period of nine months from date of commencement, a replacement candidate will be sourced without attracting a further consulting fee. A replacement candidate will be sourced for exactly the same position vacated by the previous candidate, providing the consulting fee was paid in full within 14 days post commencement of the original candidate. Any out of pocket expenses to replace the candidate will be charged at cost. All other placements will be replaced within six months providing the consulting fee was paid within 14 days of commencement of the original candidate.
Terms and Conditions
A candidate introduced to your organisation is deemed a candidate for any role within your organisation for a period of 12 months past original application date. Candidates working with awa have chosen us to represent them to further their career and will be consulted regarding all opportunities that suit their skill-set and preferred career options at any given time during our working partnership unless a preferred supplier agreement is in operation. In the event of an exclusive, advertised role, all candidates responding to the advertisement remain exclusively with the client for the duration of the assignment. Where a preferred supplier agreement is in place, no approach will be made by awa staff to employees of the organisation. Should an employee of a preferred supplier organisation contact awa a disclaimer by the candidate will be required prior to working with that candidate.
To ensure confidentiality, awa requests that all candidate documentation be handled in strict confidence and be viewed only by those directly involved in the recruitment decision. All unsuccessful candidate documentation should be returned to awa or shredded.
